Weight Loss Secret: Drinking Soy Bean Milk
Many people know the fact that soy bean milk is good for
losing weight, but they don't know how to drink it scientifically. Bean
products are a rich supply of plant isoflavones. Last month, I started the Soy
Bean Milk Weight Loss Program, by drinking two glasses of fresh soy milk
everyday. I made the soy milk using a grinder. Although it was a quite
troublesome and time consuming process, I felt a sense of accomplishment when I
saw the beans turned into a snowy milk. I didn't add any sugar into the soy
milk because I didn't want to increase its caloric value. Well, I was
unfamiliar with the taste at first, but I continued drinking it for some time
and I like how it tastes!
As breakfast, you can drink soy milk and eat some bread. You
can replace the meat soup with soy milk as dinner. But there are some rules to
follow in the right way of drinking soy milk.
Let's talk about how soy milk helps to lose weight:
1. Soy milk contains a high amount of fibre which can help
to prevent constipation. It helps to enhance the bowel movement of the gut.
Beside its weight losing capacity, it also good for our skin as it can whiten and nourish the skin.
2. Soy milk is a diuretic and sweating food. The water that
accumulated in body cannot be excrete and it will cause the body to swell. The
kind of swelling can lead to apparent fatness. Eating more of these food can
help to remove the extra fluids inside the body.
3. Bean products contain monounsaturated fatty acid which
can help to reduce LDL cholesterol in the body. By promoting the lipid
metabolism in the body, less fats lay down beneath the skin. Soy bean is particularly useful in preventing the build up of fats and it also has skin
whitening effect.
After consuming soy milk for a short period of time, I
managed to lose weight by 2kg. For me, it was an amazing and healthy way of
keeping my weight down. I reached my desired target weight and I was glad that
I had made through all the difficulties. I have tried thousands of methods to
lose weight, and I highly recommend you this method, it may not be the fastest
way but it can be the most effective method for those who wish to lose weight.
I did some research on the nutrients in soy milk. What I
have discovered is soy milk can depress the absorption of lipids and glucose by
the body tissues, increase metabolism and much more benefits.
Some people claim that they drink soy milk everyday
but they don't lose any weight. I'd advise these people to consume soya milk in
the correct way and be aware of other aspects as well, such as do not eat too
much oily food and take in more dietary fibre.
